What you need

cup water

fl oz fish sauce

cup chicken stock

cup sugar

squash

oz chicken bouillon powder

tsp black pepper

bunch fresh spinach
Instructions
1: To a pot, add 8 cups of chicken stock and 4 cups of water. Bring this to a boil. 2: Remove the stems from the Malabar spinach and discard. Cut the leaves into 2 inch pieces. 3: Wash the leaves 3-4 times to remove all the dirt. Drain and set aside. 4: Peel the skin of the loofa squash and slice it into bite-size pieces. 5: Mince about 1/2 to 1 lb of shrimp. Season with chicken powder and crushed black pepper. 6: Slowly add the shrimp to the boiling stock using a spoon. The shrimp will float once it’s cooked. 7: Add the loofa squash and malabar spinach to the pot. 8: Season with fish sauce, sugar, and MSG. Mix well and enjoy!View original recipe
